Ingredients


  • 3 cups Green Lettuce


  • 3 cups Red Lettuce

  • 2-3 medium Tomatoes (cubed)

  • 2pcs. yellow Bell Peppers (cubed)

  • 1-2 whole pcs. Cucumber (cubed)

  • Salt and pepper to taste



SESAME DRESSING

  • ½ cup Mayonnaise


  • 4 tbsp Rice wine vinegaR

  • 2 tbsp CO'DAY SUPERIOR BLACK SESAME OIL

  • 2 tbsp Brown Sugar

  • 1 tbsp Soy Sauce

    1 clove Garlic (grated)

  • 1 tsp Ginger (minced)

  • ½ cup Nuts of choice (optional)

Preparation

Step 1


Add your Sesame dressing ingredients in a bowl and mix well until fully combined.



Step 2


Add vegetables and nuts of choice (optional) in a salad bowl. Lightly mix.



Step 3


Coat vegetables with a healthy amount of dressing and toss well. Season with salt and pepper, then serve!
