Having said that, a Refund Policy is a legally binding document that is meant to establish the legal relations between you and your customers regarding how and if you will provide them with a refund. Online businesses selling products are sometimes required (depending on local laws and regulations) to present their product return policy and refund policy. In some jurisdictions, this is needed in order to comply with consumer protection laws. It may also help you avoid legal claims from customers that are not satisfied with the products they purchased.

What to Include in the Refund Policy

Generally speaking, a Refund Policy often addresses these types of issues: the timeframe for asking for a refund; will the refund be full or partial; under which conditions will the customer receive a refund; and much, much more.

Warranty Period

This warranty covers manufacturing defects and product malfunctions under normal, intended use.


To initiate a warranty claim:

  • The customer must notify us promptly if the item is found to be defective.

  • The unit will undergo a one-week inspection to determine whether the issue is due to a manufacturing defect or misuse.

Warranty Coverage

The following are not covered under warranty:

  • Damage caused by misuse, abuse, accidents, unauthorized modifications, or improper handling.

If the product is found to be damaged due to misuse:

  • For the Vibration Chair: The customer will be responsible for the cost of parts and service.

  • For the Vita Gun:

  • If found defective due to manufacturing fault, a replacement unit will be provided.

  • If damage is due to misuse, the customer will cover the cost of parts and round-trip shipping for repair, which will be processed through our Taiwan service center.

  • Customers may opt to wait for the next available consolidated shipment to reduce shipping costs, subject to availability.

Exclusions & Customer Responsibility

  • A valid proof of purchase is required for all warranty claims.

  • Warranty is non-transferable and applies only to the original purchaser.

  • We reserve the right to update or revise these terms as needed.
